Sent wrong token
Sending the wrong token on the BNB Smart Chain network to the EZZY Game application address isn't a big deal. Just read the instructions and you'll understand how you can get GEZY tokens.
The EZZY Game in-game wallet supports only BNB, USDT and GEZY on the BNB Smart Chain (BSC) network. If you transfer other coins/tokens on the BSC network, they will not be displayed. However, that doesn't mean you've lost them.
Refer to the instructions below to find out what to do if you transferred BNB, USDT and GEZY to another EVM network (e.g. Ethereum or Polygon, but not BNB Smart Chain):
These instructions will tell you what to do if you send another token on the BNB Smart Chain network. For example, it can be USDC, BUSD, TUSD, etc. Everything is simple — we can help you and exchange this token for USDT so that USDT will be displayed in your account. To do this, you need to have a certain number of BNB in your wallet to use them to pay for transaction fees. You can find out how to deposit BNB to you wallet in the instructions below:
Make sure that you have BNB, and then email us with a request to exchange tokens. To do this, tap Support in the application settings and provide all the necessary details in the request:
- Email of your account;
- In-game wallet address;
- The hash of the transaction you sent USDC, TUSD, BUSD or another token.
- Specify that you want to have tokens exchanged and you have BNB in your account.
Next, we will process your request and exchange the tokens. The wallet will show USDT after a short while. Keep in mind that the request might take up to a week to be processed.
