When you register or sign in to your account from a new device, it is linked to your account. After that, you will not be able to enter another account from this device. This feature is implemented to combat multi-accounting.
However, if you still need to unlink your device from your account and log in to another account, you can do this, but only through support. Here's how to do it, step by step.
First, sign out of your old account that you want to unlink your device from. Better yet, even delete it if you don't need it anymore. Just make sure there are no active Sneakers or tokens left there, or you'll lose them. To sign out or delete an account, click the corresponding buttons in the settings.
Then try to log in to another account.
If another account is already linked to your device, you will receive a notification. You won't be able to sign in to your new account. To unlink your device from your old account, click "Support".
You will automatically open a window to send an email to EZZY Game support. In this letter, write: "I want to unlink my device from my account.
Please note that the letter automatically pulls up the necessary information to unlink the device from the account. Including DeviceID - this is the most important information, which must be specified in the letter.
After unlinking your device from your account, you will be able to log in to your new account from this device. But remember, after that your device will be tied ONLY to this account and you will not be able to log in to another account.
